At Maison Boissière BARNES Residences, we have implemented a range of measures to ensure your peace of mind when you book with us, allowing you to focus on enjoying your luxury experience in Paris. Should the unexpected occur, we will do our utmost to assist you in canceling your trip under the most favorable conditions possible. However, for contractual reasons, we cannot always guarantee a full refund. We encourage you to read the following cancellation policy carefully so you can make fully informed decisions and adhere to any relevant deadlines. This document is part of our commitment to clarity and transparency, outlining the procedures and timelines for canceling your reservation.

Our Cancellation Policy

Non-Flexible Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation for any reason, no fees will be refunded by Maison Boissière BARNES Residences.

Flexible Cancellation Policy: If you require more flexibility or have concerns that circumstances may prevent you from traveling, we offer a flexible cancellation policy that can be added to your reservation at the time of payment. This option is ideal for those who prefer not to purchase comprehensive travel insurance. According to the rate you choose, you can benefit from flexible cancellation conditions up to 5 days before your stay. We invite you to consult the specific rate conditions for each offer. After that deadline, the full amount of the reservation is due and will be automatically charged. Unfortunately, no refunds will be available after this point.

Cancellation by Maison Boissière Barnes Residence

If we are required to cancel your reservation for any reason, including but not limited to the unavailability of an apartment or changes in health conditions, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you an equivalent stay or alternative dates at no additional charge. If a satisfactory alternative cannot be provided, we will refund your reservation in full.

Travel credits

Maison Boissière travel credits are issued only under extraordinary circumstances and are managed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. These credits allow clients to reserve a stay at any of our luxury apartments at a later date than the original booking. In the event of a cancellation of a reservation made using travel credits, no refund or postponement will be granted, and the terms of cancellation of the original reservation will remain unchanged. All Maison Boissière travel credits are valid for six months and can be transferred to individuals over 18 years of age.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may disrupt their trip. Maison Boissière does not offer insurance directly, but please feel free to contact us if you need a travel receipt to file a claim with your insurer.
